Valentine's Day Annual Hearts Menu at Frontier

Frontier invites guests to celebrate Valentine's Day with a "Hearts Dinner" menu of specials created by Pioneer Tavern Group Corporate Chef Brian Jupiter. The four-course prix fixe menu will feature bison, lamb, chicken, veal and duck hearts. Tickets are available at www.thefrontierchicago.com. $40 per person and $60 per couple.

FIRST COURSE: "Cold Hearted"

Bison heart pastrami, ground mustard, pickled tomato, truffle, grated duck egg

SECOND COURSE: "Cupid's Arrow"

Sugar cane skewered duck and chicken hearts, pita, tzatziki, smoked onion relish, tomato, crispy chickpeas, sumac 

THIRD COURSE: "Heart to Heart...to Heart"

Veal heart stuffed with lamb heart stuffed with blood sausage, foraged mushroom ravioli, Urban Till micro scallion, fried hearts of palm, herbed brown butter

FOURTH COURSE: "Bleeding Heart"

Molten chocolate cake, raspberry chocolate ganache, burnt limequat ice cream, crispy sweet rice
