Villa and Farm is the sister-brand of Villa Topiary and is located inside Avant Garden MarketPlace, 10711 Ste. Rte. 71, Yorkville, IL.

We scour farm, barn and estate sales for those unique and hard to find items that tell stories. We offer farmhouse-style, industrial, vintage and vintage-inspired decor.

Some found pieces are repurposed --a beautiful Secretary is refurbished and given pale ceramic knobs, an antique farmhouse table is chalk painted white and black and topped with copper pots. Estate stone cow head is adorned with a handmade wreath and vintage goblets become topiaries. English riding boots and helmets no longer used, become key pieces in an equestrian themed vignette. Cedar garden boxes are handmade to look like those you might see on HGTV. We source treasures locally and from travels, to make sure the Villa and Farm decor you purchase feels like home.
