Woman, 26, Shot In Logan Square
Shots were fired on North Milwaukee Avenue, police said.
CHICAGO, IL — A woman was shot early Sunday morning on the Northwest Side, police said. The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. in Logan Square, according to police. The 26-year-old was walking in the 2000 block of North Milwaukee Avenue, when she heard gunshots, police said.
The woman was struck in her foot, according to police. She was taken to Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center, where her condition stabilized, police said.
Area Central detectives were investigating.
