ATHENS, OH — Alex Day, of Buffalo Grove, was named to Ohio University's Dean's List for the spring 2026 semester.

Day is a student in the university's Chaddock + Morrow College of Fine Arts.

To qualify for the Dean's List, undergraduate students must earn a grade-point average between 3.5 and 3.999 while attempting at least 12 credit hours for letter grades used to calculate GPA.

Approximately 6,800 Ohio University undergraduate students qualified for the honor during the spring semester.
