Buffalo Grove Fire Department Open House Is Saturday
The local fire department will host its 24th annual fire department open house on Sept. 14.
BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The Buffalo Grove Fire Department will host its 24th annual open house this weekend. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 14 at station 26, 1051 Highland Grove Drive in Buffalo Grove.
There will be fire trucks, engine, helicopter and ambulances to check out at the open house. There will also be simulated fires and a "jaws of life" vehicle extrication happening at the event, according to village of Buffalo Grove website.
