Buffalo Grove Residents Can Assist Prospect Hts Fire Victims
The Village of Buffalo Grove is providing opportunities to donate to victims of the Prospect Heights River Trails Apartment Complex Fire.
CLOTHING AND OTHER ITEMS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED DUE TO AN OVERABUNDANCE OF DONATIONS. MONETARY DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE SEE THE INFORMATION BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION.
The Village of Buffalo Grove would like to help promote the opportunity for area residents to assist victims of the Prospect Heights River Trails Apartment Complex Fire, which occurred on Wednesday, July 19, 2018.
More then 50 area fire departments and fire districts responded to the fire, which took several hours to extinguish.

Clothing donations are no longer being accepted. Gift cards or monetary donations will be accepted at either of the below locations until Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
- Buffalo Grove Village Hall, 50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Buffalo Grove Police Department, 46 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 24 hours a day Monday through Friday
Officers from the Buffalo Grove Police Department will bring all donations to the Prospect Heights on-site donation centers. Questions can be directed to the Prospect Heights City Hall at 847-398-6070 ext. 206.
