Buffalo Grove Students Earn College Honors, Academic Recognition

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater

Students from Buffalo Grove named to the spring 2026 Dean’s List include:

• Thomas Hein
• Amanda Turofsky

More than 3,500 students earned Dean’s List honors for the semester. To qualify, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or higher.

Iowa State University

• Marko Chepelyuk was recently elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Phi Kappa Phi is one of the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor societies. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to top-performing students.
