Alina Iliescu, of Buffalo Grove, has received the following degree from The University of Alabama: Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. UA awarded 5,907 degrees during its spring commencement ceremonies on May 6-8.

Emily Rose Ventrello Graduates from Elmhurst University
Emily Rose Ventrello, of Buffalo Grove, graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from Elmhurst University. Three ceremonies were held throughout the day on Saturday, May 21 for the Class of 2022.

Thomas Kobler named to MSOE Dean's List for Spring Quarter 2022
Thomas Kobler, from Buffalo Grove, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Dean's List for the 2022 Spring Quarter. Kobler is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) are on the Dean's List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive "high honors."

Local Students Make Bradley University's Spring 2022 Dean's List
More than 1700 students were named to Bradley's Dean's List for Spring 2022. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must achieve a minimum 3.5 grade point average for the semester on a 4.0 scale. Local students include:

Nicolas Skinkys named to the Dean's List at Rockford University
Nicolas Skinkys, a resident of Buffalo Grove, has been named to the spring 2022 Dean's List at Rockford University. Full-time (12 or more credits) students attending Rockford University who earned at least a 3.5 GPA with no grades below "C" and completed all requirements for the semester are named to the Dean's List.
