Weiler Named to the University of New Hampshire's Dean's List

Julie Weiler, of Buffalo Grove, has been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for earning Highest Honors for the fall 2021 semester. Weiler is majoring in Social Work. Students named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire are students who have earned recognition through their superior scholastic performance during a semester enrolled in a full-time course load (12 or more graded credits). Highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.

Students Make President's List at Miami University

Miami University students who are ranked in the top three percent of undergraduate students within each division for the fall semester 2021-22 have been named to the President's list recognizing academic excellence. Local students include:

• Samantha Galati, of Buffalo Grove, is earning a BA Emer Tech Bus & Design in Emerging Tech:Business&Design
• Agata Odrowaz, of Buffalo Grove, is earning a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health

Anna Wegh Named to James Madison University dean's list

Anna Wegh, of Buffalo Grove, has been named to the dean's list at James Madison University for the fall 2021 semester. Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Wegh is a dance major.
