6,900-plus Huskers named to fall Deans' List

More than 6,900 University of Nebraska-Lincoln students have been named to the Deans' List for the fall semester of the 2022-23 academic year. Local students from Buffalo Grove include:

• Christopher Lermer, junior, Dean's List, College of Arts and Sciences, biological sciences.

Bullock Named To Dean's List At University Of Notre Dame

Lucy C. Bullock, of Buffalo Grove, was recently named to the dean's list in the University of Notre Dame's First Year of Studies for outstanding scholarship during the Fall 2022 semester. Students who achieve dean's honors at Notre Dame represent the top 30 percent of students in their college. Bullock is a 2022 graduate of Adlai E. Stevenson High School.

Local Students Honored in Lewis University's Fall Semester Dean's List

Just over 1,300 students were honored on the Lewis University Dean's List for the 2022 Fall Semester. To be eligible for this honor, students must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours during the semester with a grade point average of at least 3.5 and with no "D" or "F" grades. Local students include:

• Jacob Kobler, of Buffalo Grove, is studying Music Industry in the College of Humanities, Fine Arts, and Communications at Lewis University.
• Andriy Mykulyanych, of Buffalo Grove, is studying Supply Chain Management in the College of Aviation Science Technology at Lewis University.
• Leticia Ortiz, of Buffalo Grove, is studying Psychology in the College of Education and Social Sciences at Lewis University.

Gayheart Makes Dean's List At Augustana College

Grace Gayheart, of Buffalo Grove, was recently named to the dean's list at Augustana College for the fall 2022 semester. The senior majoring in music and minoring in psychology. Gayheart is a 2019 graduate of Buffalo Grove High School.

Lermer Named to Mississippi State University's fall 2022 President's List

Calla Lermer, of Buffalo Grove, was named to the Mississippi State University fall 2022 President's List. Lermer was among 4,174 students named to the fall 2022 President's List. Students on the President's List achieved a 3.80 or better grade-point average, based on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.
