Countyline Tavern Opens in Former Winberie's Location

A new restaurant has opened in the location of the former Winberie’s Restaurant and Bar in Buffalo Grove.

Countyline Tavern opened last week at 800 W. Lake-Cook Road. Winberie’s was a long-time restaurant staple in Buffalo Grove, which closed in October 2014 after nearly 30 years of business in the village, according to the Daily Herald.

The Countyline Tavern website says the restaurant offers “craft American fare,” and a ”selection of unique brews.”
