The Buffalo Grove Symphonic Band's 10th Anniversary Concert, "Celebrating a Decade of Music" will be its most memorable performance yet. There will be a wide selection of fabulous music and guest soloists.
The Buffalo Grove Jazz Band will perform the Benny Goodman Band's Sing, Sing, Sing and Wayne and Kathleen Messmer will sing highlights from The King and I and Man of LaMancha.
To close the program, the band will perform the Band Transcription of the final scene from Wagner's Ring Cycle, which has not been done in over 40 years. In addition, the choir of St. Mary's Church and the entire brass section of the Stevenson High School Honor Band will come on stage to perform.
