On Sunday, July 15th, the 75-member Buffalo Grove Symphonic Band, www.BGSB.org, and Congregation Beth Am, www.Congregation-BethAm.org, are joining forces to present a free Summer Concert on the Lawn open to the public.
Under the leadership of Howard Green, Music Director & Conductor, The Buffalo Grove Symphonic Band is comprised of adult musicians and is an important part of Buffalo Grove’s promotion of the arts. The band will free perform a program certain to delight musical enthusiasts of all ages, including Marches, Klezmer music, highlights from Fiddler on the Roof, The Producers, and other selections that are perfect for a Sunday-in-the Park Summer Concert!
The festivities will begin at 1:00 with a reception hosted by Beth Am. At 2:00, the Symphonic Band will perform on the lawn to the north of Congregation Beth Am. In the event of rain, the event will be moved indoors.

Congregation Beth Am and the Buffalo Grove Symphonic Band hope to see a "full house" attend to enjoy this exciting event! Concert seating is "Ravinia Style", please bring an outdoor chair / blanket to sit on.
