More than 30 exhibitors are expected to attend the Village of Buffalo Grove's third annual Health and Wellness Fair. The event is free and open to all ages.
The fair will include interactive demonstrations such as martial arts, exercise and dancing demonstrations. There will be chair massages, postural assessments, flexibility and body fat tests. Businesses will offer blood pressure and adrenal check-ups as well as glucose screening tests. Crime prevention education and infant car seat checks will also be offered by the Buffalo Grove police and fire departments.
