Older adults will have access to free services, including health screenings and testing, at the 23rd Annual Senior Celebration Day. Among them: blood pressure, bone density, glaucoma, speech and hearing and memory. The Ask‐the‐Doctors panel presented by Northwest Community Hospital, a crowd favorite, is also back this year with the addition of more specialists in the field of geriatrics.
In addition to the health screenings, older adults will get the chance to renew their driver’s license or obtain state issued IDs the day of the event, as the Secretary of State will be among more than 60 exhibitors. The Northwest Suburban Bar Association will have attorneys on hand to answer legal questions.
Combo meals will be sold for $5 at the event.
