Former Lake County Greenhouse Will Become New Home for Finch's Brewery

Finch’s Beer Company will be opening a brewery, tap room and beer garden at a former greenhouse in Long Grove by the end of next year or early 2017, the Daily Herald reports. Finch’s Beer Company is based out of Chicago and is owned by Ben Finch, a Long Grove resident.

The company has already moved their warehouse to a structure at the former Geimer Greenhouse at 2727 Route 53 in Long Grove, according to the article. Finch said the warehouse is already full stocked and Finch’s will open a retail to-go portion ”very soon.”

Finch’s Beer Company has been based out of Chicago since 2011 and began shipping draft beer that same year. A year later, Finch’s began sending packaged beer out in cans, and then added a warehouse facility in early 2013. Finch’s sells four-pack cans as its core line up of beers.
