Funeral Services Set for Buffalo Grove Mom Killed in Highway Shooting

Funeral services have been set for a Buffalo Grove mom who was killed in a random highway shooting in Wisconsin this past week.

A visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 6 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.

Czaczkowski is survived by her husband, Greg, and her children, Matthew and Sofia, who were in their car when a homicide suspect opened fire on I-90/I-94 near Lake Delton this past Sunday. The family was on their way home from a trip in Wisconsin Dells.

Zachary Hays, 20, of West Allis, WI, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and three felony counts of recklessly endangering safety in connection with the highway shooting.
