5 Dead In Domestic-Related Incident In Buffalo Grove: Police
Police said there is no threat to the public following the incident on Acacia Terrace Wednesday.
BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Five people are dead following what police are calling a domestic-related incident Wednesday in the 2800 block of Acacia Terrace. Police said there is no threat to the public.
Police were called to the home at 11:12 a.m. for a well-being check on a woman. Upon arrival, police were unable to make contact with anyone inside and forced entry into the house. Five people were found dead in the house, officials said.
Police said names of those found dead are being withheld pending the coroner’s examination and notification to next of kin. Daily Herald is reporting the deceased included two children.

The Lake County Major Crime Task Force is assisting in this ongoing investigation.
Earlier Wednesday night, police were asking the public to avoid the area while the investigation continues.
