Vegan Cafe Opens in Wheeling

A vegan restaurant has opened in Wheeling. Purple Sprout Cafe opened earlier this month at 341 E. Dundee Road in Wheeling.

Husband and wife Irina Kuznetsova and Karim Raimbekov opened the restaurant with the hopes of offering more healthy food options to area residents, the Daily Herald reports. The couple and their two children are vegan.
