Join the Businesses of Downtown Palatine This Friday!
The Girls on the Town event will feature 16 different businesses providing giveaways, product demonstrations, food, drink and more!

The Downtown Palatine Business Association presents ’Girls on the Town’ on Friday, April 24, 2015 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.
The event will feature more than a dozen businesses and organizations located in downtown Palatine that will open their doors for the duration of the event. Each will feature product and service demonstrations, special offers and giveaways and exciting raffles, in addition to complimentary food and beverages.
“The goal of Girls on the Town, and other events we host throughout the year, are to provide an opportunity for the downtown Palatine businesses to join forces as we cast a spotlight on the products and services we provide for area residents,” said Mayme Ranallo, owner of Chandelier Boutique, which features fashionable clothing and jewelry, and is located at 17 W. Wilson Street.

Event attendees can pick up a Passport on the night of the event at any of the participating businesses, including:
American Legion of Palatine—Anne’s Unique Boutique—Arete Salon and Spa—Chandelier Boutique—Christie’s Dairy Delights—Cook, Cork and Fork—Durty Nellie’s West Irish Pub—Foxglove Cottage—Harrington Manor—JL’s Pizza & Sports Bar—Monson Jewelers—Palatine Bank and Trust—Tap House Grill—Salon MMM—Shine Body Therapies—Sweet C’s Bakery.

Barb Mosak, who owns full-service, Arete Salon and Spa at 9 N. Bothwell said Girls on the Town is a great reason to enjoy an evening out with friends (male or female, or both) while supporting the local small businesses in the downtown area.
“We are all working hard every day to create a real community in downtown Palatine that our residents and those in neighboring towns can enjoy,” she said.
