KCSD96 Community Porch Concert Apr. 7 at 2 p.m.
Lifting spirits and showing solidarity, while observing social distance
Kildeer Countryside School District 96 (KCSD96) is taking time for some community fun–responsibly, from home, while observing social distance.
On Apr. 7, at 2 p.m., KCSD96 kids and their families and teachers will perform from their front porches, doors, and/or windows in their first-ever KCSD96 Community Porch Concert.
Music teachers provided the lyrics and music for vocal, band, and orchestra instruments. They chose Lean On Me by Bill Withers–the perfect song to express that we are all in this together, helping each other.
KCSD96 invites all the community to observe social distance and join in from their front porches, doors, or windows, as well. Find links to lyrics and music here.
