Isha Kriya Guided Meditation-

A lot of people find it really difficult to calm the mind and settle the body for meditation when they first try it. Too many people get frustrated and give up on meditation before they can experience its many benefits.

These 1-hour guided sessions offer a simple, but powerful kriya practice that aligns your mind, body, and inner-energies to easily and naturally become meditative. Once meditative, your experience of the life within you and the world around you becomes much deeper and richer. Daily activity becomes effortless and joyful.

You can easily learn this 12-to-18 minute Isha Kriya process in one session and practice on your own, or return to class to ask questions and deepen the experience with the group. Benefits of regular practice include improving health, energy and vitality; enhancing mental focus, memory and clarity; reducing stress and establishing a deep sense of peace and inner balance.

Isha Kriya is a gentle, seated practice, which can be practiced in a chair. No previous meditation experience is necessary.

The Isha Kriya process was developed by realized yogi, Sadhguru Vasudev. Sadhguru is renowned for his powerful yoga and meditation programs, as well as thriving humanitarian initiatives. He has been hosted to speak and offer meditations at numerous global leadership forums, businesses and universities, including the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, the British House of Lords, TED, MIT, and the World Peace Congress.
