BUFFALO GROVE, IL — A missing 12-year-old Buffalo Grove boy has been found safe and reunited with his family. According to Buffalo Grove police, the boy went missing Wednesday night and was found at around 4:50 a.m. Thursday on the border of Buffalo Grove and Wheeling at Route 21/Lake Cook Road. Police said there is no evidence of anything criminal, and he was returned home to his family.Police thanked Buffalo Grove and extended community for their outpouring of support in sharing the missing person notice and helping amplify search efforts.
