Nordstrom Rack to Open Thursday in Kildeer

KILDEER, IL - A new Nordstrom Rack will open Thursday at the a new retail center in Kildeer.

The Nordstrom Rack will anchor Kildeer Village Square, a 178,000-square-foot center located across from the Deer Park Town Center and between the Kildeer Marketplace and the Shops at Kildeer, the Lake Zurich Courier reports.

"We believe that the Kildeer Village Square will help Kildeer become a major or regional retail node that both the community and surrounding shopping centers will benefit from," Dance has told the Lake Zurich Courier.

The 33,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack, at 20393 N. Rand Road, Suite 104, will open its doors at 9 a.m. "Rally at the Rack" starts at 8 a.m., which will include music, coffee and breakfast treats, according to a news release. Customers 18 and older can enter for a chance to can win one of 30 $100 gift cards. One customer will win a $1,000 shopping spree and early access to shop the store.

Nordstrom Rewards Members and Cardholders will receive a complimentary Nordstrom Rack tote as a gift.

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price division of Nordstrom, which offers "on-trend, of-the-moment clearance merchandise from Nordstrom stores and Nordstrom.com as well as items purchased specially for Nordstrom Rack." The store offers significant savings on great brands like Kate Spade, Hugo Boss, Joie and Vince at 30 to 70 percent off.

The new Nordstrom Rack at Kildeer Village Square will be the retailer’s 13th location in the Chicago area.
