
You know everyone, direct from their heart, want to help other people... Those who go through difficult times are sometimes embarrassed to share their pains. Yet it's come to attention, just recently- that many other people are helped, when they know, a common ground exists. In other words, someone else's hardship is actual medicine to another, to be dispensed at the appropriate time. That doesn't mean the pain goes away, but it 's diminished, just a particle. It's like a seed that blows in the wind. Travels across oceans and is implanted in the ground. Watered by tears and growing into a viable nature bearing growth. At least, just for an instant, it distracts you from the hurt.
On the flip side, if someone's joy, can create joy in you, it's nourishment to your character and that lesson, or act, is sure to be recorded in the Great book, of how life should be lived.
Selfless acts repair you and acknowledge all those in the past, who sacrificed for the purpose in aiding others. Every good act you accomplish, salutes the very people you admire.
It's all a balancing act on the high wire of life (somewhere, there has to be a safety net) I believe
