BUFFALO GROVE, IL -- A restaurant serving up poke bowls is expected to open in a long-vacant space in Buffalo Grove. Poke Hale is planning to move into a building formerly occupied by Moe's Southwestern Grill in a shopping center on the southwest corner of Arlington Heights and Dundee roads, according to the Daily Herald. The location is between Starbucks and Noodles & Company.

Poke bowls are a native Hawaiian cuisine and poke is diced raw fish. Poke bowls typically include rice, fish and toppings.
