Responsibility: The greatest trait a business leader can possess is responsibility. As a business owner, you’re responsible for not only the business, but the products, marketing and your employees. Making sure that they are satisfied and that your business is insured, is one of the biggest duties you’ll have to maintain.

Motivation: Last but certainly not least, don’t be willing to settle. Set goals and strive to achieve them. Once you’ve fulfilled one, create another, it’s the best way to grow a business.

Whether you’re just starting out or trying for the fifth time, always keep learning, never stop creating, keep up mutual communication, never stop looking toward the future, take responsibility for your actions and most of all, keep going. The strength of a small business owner is not success without failure, but the ability to jump over hurdles that get in their way.
