Stevenson High School Cheerleading and Pom Teams Hold Fundraising Drive for Flood Victims

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The cheerleading and pom teams from Stevenson High School will hold a supply drive Wednesday and Thursday to benefit flood victims in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Buffalo Grove residents are encouraged to donate supplies like canned food, sports drinks, work gloves, disposable diapers, manual can openers and cleaning supplies. These goods can be dropped off in bins available at the field house and sport center doors from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

A district resident will then drive the supplies to Baton Rouge, The Daily Herald reports.
