A Telescoping Progression

fact or fiction is hard to distinguish

Everyday you learn something new or two, or at least you rekindle something you may have already knew, but couldn't recall completely. You would think, that when it's pretty dark out (like at night), you can't see as clearly, as when it is daylight, such as a bright sunny day. You would be wrong. Some days when it is too sunny and extremely hot, a sort of haze (like a mirage in the desert or vapors off a roadway) can distort your vision. Yet at dead of night, there is a clear contrast between darkness and any imminent light that is cast. For instance, you can see the lights of the Chicago skyline from the top of the casino in Michigan City at night but can't see the buildings during the day!
Your mind plays tricks on you too, cause there are things, you think you understand very well (because you're educated) and other things that you may have not been aware of, completely changing your perception of what you originally thought. (when you catch yourself thinking: " I never thought of that". ( like a surprise ending in a book or movie) Or even a magic trick!
When you prepare yourself, as best as you can, you still- never can be completely sure of certain outcomes. Such is life!
You can have good surprises and not so good ones...
Life is an adventure, it's also very educational. Once you figure yourself out, the rest is a piece of cake. Funny thing is though, we're constantly changing, along with the rest of the world and when the time comes, that we stop changing- the whole world stops and offers us an opportunity- to get out. Opting out, ends our world as we know it and has an effect on others that care about us.
My advise to you is: Take some chicken soup!
