Uninsured Wisconsin Man Nabbed For Reckless Driving: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

ARRESTS

RESISTING ARREST

Christopher Solano Romero, 18, of the 600 block of Piper Lane, Prospect Heights, is accused of having no valid driver's license, resisting arrest, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, not wearing a required seat belt for driver, and was arrested at 7:04 p.m. Feb. 4, at Lake Cook and Weiland roads. A court date of Feb. 23 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Gerber A. Guerrero, 45, of the 600 block of Birch Avenue, Park City, is accused of driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, no registration light, and was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 5, at Dundee and Golfview roads. A court date of March 11 was assigned.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Daniel Flores, 23, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of reckless driving, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Feb. 7, in the 300 block of McHenry. A court date of March 20 was assigned.

INCIDENTS

BURGLARY

A report at 3 a.m. Feb. 6, indicated someone had gained entry into a business in the 1200 block of W. Dundee Road and stole money.

THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE

A report at 2:34 p.m. Feb. 7, indicated that someone had stolen the rear license plate from a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Steeple Drive.
