BURR RIDGE, IL – The top-paid employee at Gower School District 62 in the 2025-26 school year was Superintendent Victor Simon.

Simon made $312,063, 27 percent more than the next highest-paid employee.

The highest-paid teacher was Lisa Hoffman. At seventh on the list, she made $142,127.

The district, which has about 900 students, recently approved the release of the 2025-26 compensation list.
