Armed Suspect Seen In Burr Ridge: Cops
One of the suspects in the group shot at a homeowner in another town, police said.

BURR RIDGE, IL – Four suspects, one of whom was armed with a handgun, were apparently trying to steal cars early Saturday morning in Burr Ridge, police said.
About 4:30 a.m., four suspects in a dark sedan were going from driveway to driveway checking for unlocked doors on cars near 91st and Madison streets, police said. Surveillance footage showed one of the men carrying a gun.
Shortly after, the suspects attempted to steal a car in a neighboring town, which Burr Ridge police did not identify. A homeowner confronted the suspects, one of whom fired a handgun at the homeowner, police said. The homeowner was not struck, police said.
