Burr Ridge Business Damaged In Fire
The structure in question contained numerous chemicals, the fire district said.
BURR RIDGE, IL – Firefighters were called Sunday afternoon to a fire at a Burr Ridge business.
The fire occurred about 12:30 p.m. at Double Good, a popcorn fundraising firm at 16W030 83rd St., the Tri-State Fire District said in a news release.
The fire, which was contained to a storage shed and fence, was quickly put out, the district said.

Outside experts were called because various chemicals were in the shed, but they found no threat to the environment, the news release said.
A firefighter was reported as having been taken to Hinsdale Hospital for an injury unrelated to the structure fire.
