Burr Ridge District Faces Challenges, Seeks Public's Feedback
Lack of space at the elementary level is among the district's issues.

BURR RIDGE, IL – Burr Ridge-based Pleasantdale School District 107 on Tuesday listed its building challenges as it seeks the public's input on how to face them.
In a news release, the district says it is important for residents to take part in reimagining what comes next. These are the identified challenges:
- Lack of space at the elementary level
- Growing safety needs
- Changing student learning and support needs
- Providing a developmentally appropriate setting for fifth graders
- Limited middle school opportunities
The district's Reimagine D107 process will feature public surveys, building tours and interactive workshops, according to the news release.

The workshops are set for 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 26, March 12 and April 9 at Pleasantdale Middle School.
Open houses and building tours will be held in the spring, followed by a final report of community feedback to the board in June.
