There was no looting or violent activity reported in Burr Ridge as of Sunday evening.

The Burr Ridge Police Department continues to monitor local activity re: protests/looting. There is no activity in Burr Ridge at this time. Groups of looters, driving in cars and apparently looking for opportunities have come to Oak Brook Mall and have been observed along 22nd Street in that area. Stay at home if possible, avoid shopping malls, and stay alert. Our Department is assisting Oak Brook secure their mall based on information received. Avoid the Oak Brook Mall/Area.
