Burr Ridge Resident Concerned With Firm's Cameras

Cameras from security business view part of neighbor's property, report says.

BURR RIDGE, IL — High Rise Security Systems on Burr Ridge's Frontage Road is in the business of selling security and fire alarm security systems. One of its neighbors is concerned that the business' cameras have views of her property.

A couple of weeks ago, a resident in the 7300 block of Park Avenue called police to say that she believed High Rise Security Systems' cameras were aimed at portions of her property that she would rather they not, according to a Burr Ridge police report.

In response, an officer spoke with an employee in the business and found that the firm could see the resident's backyard and part of her garage with the cameras, police said.
