BURR RIDGE, IL – Burr Ridge on Wednesday decided to keep secret records related to any possible code violations at Are We Live, a restaurant and bar.

In so doing, the village said the release of documents would interfere with "active administrative enforcement proceedings" involving Are We Live.

Under state law, the village can choose to withhold records in such a case.
