This Bikram Yoga class is in a decreased heated room for 60 minutes and is for children of any age with an adult. We complete one set of each standing series and then the floor series.
The cost is only $10 per person. Every child needs a completed release form showing the child's name and parent’s signature.
This is a great way for children to see the yoga that their friends or family members practice.
