This class is in a decreased heated room for 60 minutes and is for children of any age with an adult. We complete one set of each standing series then floor series.
The cost is only $10 per person. Each child needs a release form showing the child's name and parent's signature.
This is a great way for children to see and experience the yoga that their family practice.
