The Gardens of King-Bruwaert House depositors are in a unique position to be included in the Charter Member Benefit Program that’s only available to the first 31 residents. Benefits for this program include a freeze on the second year’s monthly maintenance fee; a $2,000 bonus credit that can be used toward unit upgrades; a two-year waiver of an internal transfer fee; a guarantee of the lowest entry fee; and a preferred parking space location.
