Five Seasons Burr Ridge Adds TheraCORE Physical Therapy to Its Array of Services
Having the independent operation inside the club gives physical therapists, patients a way to integrate rehab and wellness into care plans
A physical therapy clinic founded in 2008 and featuring a wide range of preventative and post-injury care services is expanding in early August to Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Burr Ridge.
TheraCORE Physical Therapy, currently located in both Lockport and Westmont, will debut its third location at the club, 6901 S. Madison, on August 3rd.
Founded by Amy Goebbert and Jen Bazan, two doctors of physical therapy, TheraCORE brings a focus of individualized, personalized treatment plans to its patients.

Bob Diamond, Five Seasons’ Chief Club Officer, said he and staff are excited about having TheraCORE located inside the club.
“Amy and Jen bring a unique level of professionalism to their business that will fit in well with Five Seasons’ mission,” Diamond said. “TheraCORE also is a great complement to our programs and services.”

Goebbert said having the clinic situated inside the club will give physical therapists and patients “the means to integrate both rehab and wellness to our care plans.”
“We started TheraCORE because we wanted to introduce the concept of wellness to our patients,” she added. “We believe in the importance of treating the patient but also instilling good living practices to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
Both the club and TheraCORE envision many of the practice’s new clientele coming from the ranks of Five Seasons members, although club membership is not a pre-requisite for receiving treatment from the clinic.
TheraCORE’s expertise includes pre- and post-surgical treatment, sports rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, neck and back pain, vestibular, TMJ, women’s health, ACL injury prevention and personal injury cases.
