Five Seasons Burr Ridge Hosts 5th Young Life Spinathon on March 14th

All proceeds enable high school-age youngsters to attend camp, as adult leaders mentor and build friendships with area teens.

The 5th Annual Young Life Eastern DuPage Spinathon Fundraiser is coming to Five Seasons Family Sports Club in Burr Ridge on Saturday, March 14th.

The event at the club, 6901 S. Madison, begins with registration at 6:30 a.m. Thereafter, from 7 a.m. onward, 50-minute spin sessions start on each hour. The Spinathon wraps up at noon.

Sponsorships and other levels of support are available, including a Century Ride challenge for those looking to ride at least 100 virtual miles on one of the 24 stationary bikes to be put into use during the five-hour event.

Refreshments and light food will be provided throughout and a live band, The JukeBox Heroes, will be performing for the last three hours of the event.

The registration fee of $50 covers one 50-minute class, with all proceeds going toward Young Life’s campership fund. The fund enables those from the high school-age group, who otherwise would not be able to afford the camp, to participate in the life-changing experience.
