Football: Hinsdale South 5-2 After Win Over Morton
The Hornets are closing in on playoff qualification with Downers South and Willowbrook on the schedule to end the season.
Hinsdale South advanced its record to 5-2 Friday night with a 28-21 road win over Morton, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
The Hornets' last two opponents of the 2012 regular season are Downers South and Willowbrook.
Downers South is 1-5 heading into its game Saturday against Proviso East. Willowbrook fell to 5-2 after losing 42-0 Friday night to Leyden.
