Highest Salaries In Pleasantdale Schools In 2025-26

BURR RIDGE, IL – The top-paid employee at Pleasantdale School District 107 in the 2025-26 school year was Superintendent Dave Palzet.

Palzet made $271,862, nearly 40 percent more than the next highest-paid employee.

The highest-paid teacher was Frederick Bell. At fifth on the list, he made $142,238.

The district, which has about 800 students, recently released its 2025-26 compensation list. Those listed are participants in the Teachers Retirement System.
