Hinsdale South Gymnast Wins Three Medals at IHSA State Tournament

Hinsdale Township High School District 86 congratulates Hinsdale South gymnast Maddie Nowak on winning three medals at the IHSA State Gymnastics Tournament.
“Maddie Nowak had an unbelievable gymnastics season,” said Coach Mia Tritch. “She took an entire year off for elbow surgery and came back this season determined to get back to where she was last year. Maddie is now the most decorated gymnast to ever come through Hinsdale South Girls Gymnastics. I could not be more proud for all that Maddie accomplished this season!”

This season, Maddie was conference all-around champion, regional all-around champion, and she placed 4th all-around at sectionals where she qualified to advance to state on bars, vault, floor and all-around.
