Hinsdale South Students Take Second Place at State Championship

Hinsdale Township High School District 86 congratulates Hinsdale South students for their award-winning performances at the IHSA State Forensics Championship held at the Peoria Civic Center. David Petrak placed second for the category Dramatic Duet Acting. Ashley Yong took 9th place spot for the Radio Speaking category.

“This is my first year as head coach for the Hinsdale South Speech Team,” said Coach Danny Yuska. “I am very proud to get three kids to state in my first year and we look forward to working hard to return next year.”
