Nicole Slightom earns certification from Caring Communities

Nicole Slightom, Senior Director of Health, Wellness and Risk Management for King-Bruwaert House, recently was recognized for earning a 2019 Certified Professionals in Aging Service Risk Management certification through Caring Communities. The certification explores and distinguishes best practices for aging services providers in identifying and managing risks, fostering a safe culture and encouraging a high-reliability organization.

Slightom has been overseeing the K-B risk management program with Caring Communities since 2017. Caring Communities represents more than 400 communities nationwide and is owned and governed by its members who set the highest standards in risk management.
