No Update On Burr Ridge Burglary Investigation
In one case, a man was seen with a handgun while his accomplices searched cars in a garage, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Burr Ridge police say they have no new information on two burglaries on March 20. In one, police said a gun was seen.
In response to a Patch inquiry last week, Deputy Police Chief Marc Loftus said the investigation was ongoing.
"I will let you know as soon as I have something to share," he said in an email.

According to police reports at the time, the first burglary was about 6:45 a.m. near Plainfield and County Line roads, with the second one 20 minutes later at German Church and County Line roads. In the second case, a car was reported stolen.
Police said they arrested four suspects, but did not release their names. No charges were filed, police later said.

In both cases, three or four men entered the garage using door openers that were inside unlocked cars parked outside, police said. The men, who were in a dark SUV, checked car door handles.
In one case, one of the men was seen holding a handgun while his accomplices searched the cars in the garage, police said.
The stolen car was unlocked with the keys inside, police said.
