Police Blotter: Car and Office Burglarized, Teen Charged After Dispute over Girlfriend

On April 27 at 4:18 p.m. Bryan Brandt, 19, of 49 Ridgefield Lane in Hinsdale, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and for speeding after he was pulled over on the 6000 block of Garfield Avenue.

On April 29 at 2:15 p.m. police responded to a dispute between friends on the 15W100 block of Frontage Road which resulted in mouth injuries to one of the individuals. No complaint was signed by the victim.

On April 29 at 10:51 p.m. a gym bag was reported stolen from the locker room at Life Time Fitness.

On April 30 at 7:23 a.m. a briefcase was stolen from the rear seat of a car parked on the 15W100 block of N. Frontage Road after the rear window was broken.

On April 30 at 8:30 p.m. a 17-year-old male from Bolingbrook was charged with battery, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to residence after a dispute on the 8600 block of Timber Ridge Drive over a girlfriend.

On May 2 at 7:46 a.m. five laptop computers and one flat screen TV were reported stolen after a window was broken in at an office on the 300 block of Frontage Road.

On May 4 at 6:11 a.m. an unknown amount of cash was reported stolen from an office on the 16W100 block of 83rd Street. No sign of forced entry was found.
