Salute the Armed Forces Member Volunteers in Project
Volunteers assemble food baskets for the needy during the holidays.
Volunteer Gina Serpico works with Rich Morbidoni, a member of the Burr Ridge-based nonprofit Salute the Armed Forces, as they assemble Chicagoland Italian American Charitable Organizations’ “Baskets of Love” at ReNu in Glendale Heights. Salute the Armed Forces helps veterans make a smooth transition from a very structured military setting.
